I have been using these for over a year and have not had a cold or virus since I started using these. As a Mom, you try to convince your adult children and man child to take these but they don't listen and bring in nasty germs which I haven't caught since starting these. Definitely worth the buy. They taste great too.

I take elderberry every winter and I rarely get sick so I think these work. The flavor and consistency are good and the price is nice. If I do get sick it seems like the length is shortened. I'm sure the added Vitamin C also helps.

This is my 3rd purchase of Black Elderberry and this one I've bought twice. It is the strongest and has no added vitamin D as I take a prescription strength of D and don't need more. Will continue to purchase as quality is great and price is reasonable. Love the berry taste and lower cards and sugar content. I take it every morning with my protein shake and it doesn't bother my stomach. I have not had any kind of cold, etc since starting these. Has kept my immunity up.

Elderberry is reputed to help keep people healthy so I figured I would give Sambucus Black Elderberry Gummies a shot. 120 gummies come in the package. Serving size is 2 gummies so you will get two months worth of the product assuming you don't snack on them like candy! The gummies also contain a full RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) of Vitamin C and nearly three quarters RDA of Zinc. (Side Note: Zinc is included in other products like Airborne and is believed to help with recovery from illness. Also note this is not health advice as I am just a consumer who likes to read, not a medical professional.) Value is good, as the current price is $9.99 on Amazon. The product is also listed as vegan for those who follow that particular dietary guideline. The flavor is a tasty berry but the product is not sugar free. I tend not to worry about sugar free vs. items containing sugar. If it tastes good, I will buy it and stick to the serving size. The gummies and fairly easy to chew, but I'm not sure if they qualify as 5-stars for ease of swallowing. It's subjective, but they weren't difficult to swallow.

Have ordered a few times. Good value. Good taste. Dissolves easily.
