This was a great set for tea lovers. The mug is very nice and with feels like it is hand painted. Even though it is a bit pricey the quality of the set is amazing and the tea is has great flavour.

Bought this as a birthday present for a friend and she absolutely loved it. She also confirmed that the beautiful colourful box with the pretty mug and tea bags had arrived in really good condition as I was worried about that since few bad reviews about that.

Was a gift, would have given 5* but box was damaged

Item/ box was delivered wrapped in brown paper, which was fibe...but no padding to the parcel... -the tea gift box was ripped/ split in different edge/sides, so damaged. I had to use clear tape to stick the sides of the gift together as can not present it as a gift lime that. Was disappointed becaise its a beautifully decorated box

The cup is lovely and the teas smell great however this was a gift for secret Santa and unfortunately the box had been damaged prior to shipping and looked as though someone had tried to fix it with tape. This was well packaged but more care should be taken where the product is stored to ensure that it looks good on arrival. I did want to purchase another but really put off now.

Received this set as a gift. It’s absolutely stunning!! Both teas are delicious and come in lovely little tins. My only reason for 4 stars is that the mugs were a little on the small side, a bit too small for a normal cup of tea on its own, but using with the pot you can always refill. I’ve included a photo of the mug next to a standard mug for comparison. Overall though, a wonderful tea set that I will use plenty and display proudly in my kitchen.

I just wish it wasn't cracked on arrival. I forgot to contact so I think im sol. Nut otherwise, its very nice.

Looks like the box might have been sealed at some point, the sides were opened and the box was ripped up with the cup just tumbling around, has cracks and no returns. Would’ve been really nice if it didn’t come like this, it was supposed to be a birthday gift.
