It is a good quality pan set
The pans really are non stick and very durable. They function well and are scratch resistant. The different sizes of pans in the set work well for all recipes .

Easy to Clean and Use, Exceptional Value
Like many people, I have been struggling with pans for years. I buy a non-stick pan and they stay that way for a little while and then they start sticking. After buying an expensive set (about $800 I think) at Costco (called Masterclad) about 6 years ago, the pans started failing and were no longer sticky and were flaking off. The flaking part is what scared me, what kind of chemicals did my family eat?So this time around, I wanted to make sure I purchased a healthy pan that isn't made of the normal Teflon coating (or whatever each brand calls it) and that it was easy to clean and use (stayed non-stick). I found these pans at Macy's and then after doing hours and hours of research, I ended up buying these for myself to replace the set from Costco. My initial thoughts were that they were attractive, nicely made, and not too heavy. It seems that lots of non-stick pans say "no butter needed", but the oils and butters are what gives the food flavor and the carmelization. So, I have cooked with a lubricant and without on these pans and the non-stick property would be as expected - the butter did a better job. But that being said, even without an oil/butter, things did cook and did not stick and cleaned up nicely. The things I like:1. The pans are attractive color and design.2. Easy to clean up, just a little soap and warm water.3. Exceptional value/price4. Lightweight5. Lots of different sizes to fit my needs6. The lids are a nice brushed steel, I tend to not like the way the typical glass lids look.7. So far they are non-stick as advertised8. Healthier ceramic vs. TeflonThe only cons I have so far are:1. The frying pans are smaller than I had expected. My Masterclad ones were bigger by a few inches. It seems the large pan is the size of my other medium pan. The large one has an internal diameter of about a large tortilla.2. There is no lid for the large fry pan.3. As expected, the lids get hot. But really not a big deal as I just use a towel or tongs to lift the lid.I have read some reviews of people using "sprays" on non-stick surfaces and then commenting the pans don't work. Using a spray is a no-no as somehow it clogs the "pores" and causes the non-stick to fail as warned. Sprays are for stainless steel only.It has only been a few months, so hopefully they stand up to continued use. I'll update my review as time goes by.

Waste money
I purchased a set of these pans on October 19, 2024. Despite taking strict care and complying with all the seller's requirements, most of them are damaged. I contacted the sellers, the response is that there's nothing they can do; they assume the damage is due to improper use. That's a lie.

This is nice cookware at a good price
I ordered the GreenPan Paris Pro Hard Anodized Healthy Ceramic Nonstick, 11 Piece Cookware Pots and Pans Set for a short term rental unit we have.I have been using a 13" GreenPan fri pan since I bought it in 2001. Its my go to breakfast skillet and saute pan. I also use it to brown or sear meat, and occasionally I use it for stir fry. The coating in the pan still looks as good as new, the handle is still firmly attached and finish on the outside of the pan looks great.I have other more expensive cookware that I like, but I use this one more than any other. It was an easy decision to go with GreenPan for the rental. We picked a set that we though made the most sense for our application, and they have many to choose from. I like that I can depend on this inexpensive quality cookware to serve our guest well for years to come.

THEY ARE NON STICK If you know what you are doing!
I grew up on my Grandparent's farm, so I did a lot of cooking with my Grams. We were constantly cooking for a crowd, especially around harvest time. They always had extra hired help during harvest. So we cooked for an army. We provided Lunch and Dinner. We always made fried potatoes, ham steaks, fresh asparagus with Grams special home made sauce. We would make scalloped potatoes, and smoked sausage, or we would do huge breakfasts for lunch to feed them. So my point is this. I have spent a lot of my life in the kitchen cooking and I definitely know what I'm doing. So as an adult I have 4 teenage boys and a daughter who just moved out on her own. My kids always have friends in and out of the house and if they are here I feed them too. So I'm still cooking for an army. LOL These pans have never let me down. I just ordered a second set for myself and a set for my daughter. My son burns and scorches just about everything he tries to cook. I tried my best to teach him the right way, but he is a boy and very impatient. I have never had to throw out one of these pans because he burned stuff in it. It just wipes right out with a paper towel. So I get out the excess food and or grease then I wash them by hand like Grams taught me. You just have to have patience, and use very little oil. You can't cook everything on high heat with this set. Heat it up gradually treat them with love and care and they will last a lifetime.

Caution: lids get hot!
I have gifted these pans and the only complaint I heard was about the lids getting hot and needing an oven mitt for them...
