Was a chronic nail biter until my freshman year of high school. Stopped the habit via nail acrylics then proceeded to use this. The best thing ever. Still use her to this day because I work with bleach. I usually do 2 coats. Dries fast. Quick results. Bonus 100% castor oil is great to use for cuticle massages.

My nails were thin and peeling, and this treatment made them noticeably stronger within a few weeks. It dries fast, gives a nice clear shine, and works well as a base coat or on its own. Great result for the price.

I've only been using 2 weeks so I'll update after more time. Seems to correct problems advertised, except on my one problem nail; right thumb. Hopefully it just takes longer. Hard to apply anything smoothly, that smoothes ridges, that doesn't lead to splitting, or peal off on this one nail. But this is GREAT for the other 9 nails! I highly recommend it and plan to order again soon. This brand's White Polish is a favorite if your nails are stained or you need to camouflage white spots. Try it! I use this only about once a month & I finally need a new bottle. It thickened so I added thinner to it and it's s sticky mess, but that's to be expected after 3 years! The point is, my ridges finally went àway but I think it took nearly a year. So don't give up too soon. Some issues take longer to correct. I also use Valmy Garlic for growth & strength.

I really damaged my nails recently and started last month to grow out the damage. I estimate it will take about 4 weeks to grow out the most damaged nails but 7 out of 10 nails are showing white tips and not flaking or cracking. This is the value of this product. You CAN get your nails past where they would be if you were just using a polish or gel to protect them while growing out. Simply scratching an itch used to be a dangerous nail breaking activity for me, but now I can use my nails carefully in daily activity. I put my hands in water to clean things and garden barehanded sometimes... this protective coat has been strong enough to prevent chipping. You should follow the directions and apply a coat daily for two consecutive days, then remove and reapply every 3 or four days. The wet chemicals are bonding the nail layers. HELPFUL HINT- Put the thickest "dab" off the brush onto the tip or the problem area on your nail and resist the urge to clip off the damage for a couple days. You will have more to work with when you do go about shaping them with a file.

I read all the great reviews thinking I finally found a product that's going to help my weak, brittle nails. I followed directions but hasn't done anything for me. Day 1 i put the first coat and day 2 the second coat but half way through the day it starts to cheap and peel. Next day i remove and start the process all over, but haven't seen any results. I came back here and read the reviews and I see some people are talking about the burning sensation and i don't get that. I started to think maybe I didn't receive the right product?! Anyways in case if anyone is wondering how this product works. If your nails are weak like mine and nothing has helped them so far this product won't help your nails either.

This stuff is strange. After a warm shower my nails turn white and the polish almost peels off in a sheet. It comes off in a few days and has to be reapplied constantly. I don't know if they make my nails stronger or not since it never stays on long enough and I don't have time to be reapplying every day.

My nail technician recommended this product for my dry, brittle, peeling nails. It's the ONLY thing that has consistently worked for me. I wear it alone with no other polish - it looks very pretty that way (clear for the first coat, with additional coats giving an every-so-slightly "whiter/cloudy white" look - like a VERY sheer light white that looks very elegant). It HAS fixed my splitting, ugly nail problem so my nails can grow nicely (I do not wear my nails long). I no longer have to "hide/cover" my nails with colored polish or gel mani's (which aren't very good for your nails either). If you're careful about not getting it on your skin and follow the instructions, it's no worse for you than the chemicals and nail-stress (let alone the nail-thinning) of any other nail products. I've seen some reviews that mention nail tingling, etc. with this product - I haven't experienced any of those. LOVE LOVE LOVE this product!
