Excelente producto.

I bought this in September, literally used it 4 times. I liked it.It will not charge or work when I used it today.Manual says " do not to open the unit as this will void warranty* BUT DIRECTLY BELOW That it says to "REMOVE the battery if not used forlong periods"The battery CANNOT be removed if you wanted to because it's a sealed unit....That's why it comes with a USB cable.WTF. NOT HAPPY, I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR A UNIT THAT WORKS.DO NOT BUY

Love how it feels for sore muscles and to reduce facial pain and wrinkles. So fun! Much easier then the sticky type of tens machine. Can't believe this works for the low price. Battery lasting forever. It's strong enough at level 1 on my face and most have used is up to level 3 on body. So glad made the purchase, not sure what the more expensive ones offer, this one seems just right.

Mine worked fine sortaArrived undamaged and all thatCharges up easy enoughBut has a interesting feature.It shocks you unexpectedly sometimes. Like its trying to find a new ground. Only when you have pulled the trigger trying to get shocked. The tip will put out a shock and sometimes the whole case will shock you. It probaly will bother a fair few.But doesn't bother me. Seeing how I'm trying to shock myself anyway. Be aware.

Holds a charge for a long time and will run along time on a charge. Different power settings that go from barely able to feel to not too confortable. Great for sore spots and cramping areas.

This pen worked for 1 month and is defective. Demand refund. It doesn’t work at all. Please refund or replace
