Yes, well for me they do, I am suffering with Shin splints and Achilles issues at present due to being a football referee and they help me with both issues to be honest. I freeze the packs for 2 hours, take them out and apply them on the area needed 3-4 times daily, it really is a life saver for me, I’m sure they will help.

Yes you can freeze it has a gel inside the ball or use as normal, it’s pretty cold anyway. Great kit it’s a must buy. 10/10

Q: Do you do the exercises every day in the booklet

No, just exercise if painful every other day but use the pads straight after running and shape them before freezing to your shin size so you get max use when frozen I use directly on my shins lasts around 15-20 mins
