How long can they hold air ? Like lets say i pump then up to 1/2 capacity wil the air leak out slowly over time?

As long as the shock is inflated to a pressure within the recommended range 25 to 200psi, loss of air pressure should be similar to a properly inflated tire with no leaks.  Most people check their tire pressure once a month, and if you have air shocks, just top off the pressure the same time you check your tires.  Air shocks have much less volume of air than a tire, so when you check the pressure, you will automatically lose 1 or 2psi of pressure.  Just add the pressure back after checking.

Thank you for contacting Gabriel Ride Control.  The max PSI for Hi-Jackers is 200 PSI, that being said, you wouldn't want to keep 200 PSI in them at all times.  In fact, it's probably a good idea not to run them above 160 PSI for any long period of time.  By design, these shocks are meant to add additional support for short periods of time when additional assistance is needed such as towing.

Im wanting to put some on the front of a 2003 Toyota Tundra what kind do i need to get please help

Your 2003 Toyota Tundra has struts on the front which will prevent you from installing an air shock.  Assuming you are looking to either raise the height or increase the stability of the front, there are a few choices.  Gabriel offers a sReadymount strut assembly part number G47027 which has a new spring on it that will likely increase the ride height by about 3/4 inch and also will provide greater stability.  If you are looking for more height than that, look for a leveling kit which is a spacer that can be installed above the strut.  These can add 1 to 2 inches of height depending on the manufacturer.  The Readymount strut can be used with a leveling kit for the maximum amount of increase.
