Absolutely Love This Pan, Great Value
After my trusty, well used Martha Stewart 9" nonstick fry pan purchased years ago at K-Mart got to the point where everything stuck (even with oil added) I began the long search for a replacement. And it wasn't nearly as easy as I expected with all of the choices out there and the wide range of prices. So after reading many, *many* reviews this skillet seemed to be exactly what I was looking for at an excellent price. And it has more than lived up to my expectations.I bought it in April of 2024 and waited to write this review so I could give it an honest assessment. The photos of the inside and bottom of the fry pan were taken as I write this.I have used this pan almost every day for over a year, mainly for frying eggs, sometimes sauteing veggies as well. The inside looks as good as the day I bought it. Nothing sticks and clean up is super easy with mild dish soap (I use Dawn) and a soft cloth. I love the handle too, it's well balanced and hefty with a good grip. This is my first the ceramic coated pan. It's so much easier to clean than the old non-sticks and I love that it's PFOA free. Now I feel it's important to add that I have always used a little oil in my nonstick pans and keep the burner low to low-medium heat. My cooktop is nothing new or fancy, just the old style electric coils. This was a definite five star purchase for me, I'm very happy and would buy it again if needed.

I ordered another one as soon as I used the one that was delivered today.
I bought the gray 9.5 inch frying pan to go with a Gotham steel frying pan I have. After trying it out by frying an egg with no oil, I threw out the Gotham steel pan and ordered the white one. This ceramic pan is the real deal. I love it***I got the white pan a few days ago. It took a week to get here even though I have prime and ordered it on Prime Day. If I didn't know the quality of this pan, Amazon's last approach to delivering this pan would've caused me to cancel the order.I lost faith in Amazon but I love this frying pan! It takes a while to heat up but once it's hot there's no better pan around. I even heat my leftovers in these pans because cleaning them is so easy. You gotta remember that these pans aren't the traditional hard to clean pans that are in your cabinet. They work. The texture of the food is excellent. The heat distribution across the pan is great. The handle doesn't get hot at all. And I've used metal utensils to cook and no scratches yet.I'm thoroughly impressed by these two frying pans and once I get a bigger kitchen I'm buying that 10 piece set!

Why did I wait?
I have been trying to remove the less healthy pans and utensils from my kitchen, but have procrastinated replacing my trusty nonstic teflon pan. Nevertheless, every time I used it, I felt a sense of guilt. I began to research healthier alternatives, and learned from trustworthy research that ceramic style pans were a very healthy alternative. I stumbled across this Sensarte pan, and saw that it had many positive reviews. The price was reasonable, so I ordered it. I dreaded my first cooking experience becasue I felt sure that it would be more difficult to use than a traditional teflon pan. I am happy to say that I was very mistaken! This pan is, without question, the best skillet I have ever owned (and I have owned a LOT!). It cooks more evenly than teflon or stainless steel. It is extremely nonstick. The shape allows cooking for a lot of food at once, because it is deep with higher sides than my old nonstick pan. The best part is the handle. There are no bolts on the inside of the pan to collect food debris. The handle attatches on the outside, making a more sanitary and easier cooking experience, while adding to the sleek appearance. The granite coating is on both the inside and outside, and the lip of the pan is easily cleaned, both inside and out. The fact that this is a beautiful pan (not an adjective I would normally use for a pan) is a bonus. The wood handle, external attachment, and granite cooking surface make this pan so pretty, I leave it on my stove all the time. Final note - I bought larger sizes of this same pan, and have donated all of my other skillets.

Actually Non-Stick
I’ve used this pan all of 3 times now. All I can think of is how I want more of them in different sizes. It’s the first non-stick pan without a coating that has actually worked. I cook with no oil to sautee onions, with just a little bit of water. I’ve been using a new food for me, Moong Dal, and tonight I made a frittata of sorts in the pan. I put it on low and covered it with a lid from my pot for a while and it turned out fabulously. I can’t say it slid right out, but it slid right out *with help.* Moong Dal is way stickier than eggs, so eggs may not need the help.

Need to tighten screw at times
I like this pan. It is VERY slick so I actually have trouble flipping omelettes when there is butter in it. You need a little bit of friction to get an egg to flip but there is none with this pan. Just have to alter my method I guessIt comes in two pieces: handle and pan. It also comes with its very own screwdriver and it’s a nice tool. I thought: why would they send a brand new screwdriver to drive one screw for the handle? Well, I figured it out: the handle loosens. So keep the screwdriver in a drawer, it will need tightening from time to time. It’s a nice looking pan and easy to clean and after a couple months of heavy use is still not losing its slickness.

The MVP of my kitchen
This 12.5” frying pan is so good, my husband didn’t even know where we keep it—because it’s never in the drawer. It’s either on the stove, in the sink, or air-drying like the kitchen champion it is. Honestly, it’s worked harder than both of us combined. Eggs? Perfect. Pancakes? Flawless. That one time I tried to sear tuna like a fancy chef? Still non-stick magic. After daily abuse and zero spa days, the coating is finally giving up... like a warrior collapsing after a 2 year battle. So naturally, I’m buying the exact same one again. Why mess with perfection?
