Question 3

Is there an advantage of taking these supplements over the Gold Standard Whey for pre and post workout?

Accepted Answer

If your blood type is blood type A, your body doesn't make a lot of stomach acid; meaning you're not able to synthesize a lot of amino acid out of proteins.People with this blood type can eat as much chicken and broccoli, or Whey protein they want, they can only absorb a tiny bit of protein/amino acid each meal.B, AB, and O blood types can much easier synthesize amino acid from proteins.Amino Acid is the raw building block where your body makes proteins from (and muscles are made with). The body takes in proteins, and digests it into amino acids. The amino acids enter the bloodstream and are the building blocks of the muscles.Proteins also enter the bloodstream, and they can be either utilized to build muscle, or burned as fuel.If you notice you're not generating much muscle tissue, and you're already stacking on proteins, and you start noticing protein farts (gas buildup from eating too much protein), you should add Amino acids to your diet.A-blood type people should take small amounts of protein, and large amounts of amino acids, while other blood types can do with larger amounts of protein, and only stack the more expensive amino acid when they notice their body telling them they're at the limit of their amino acid synthesis.
