Good quality but limit daily intake.
Its good cinnamon but daily cinnamon intake should be very little - less than half a teaspoon. So when adding to curry , the quantity should be considered. This is because Cinnamon has a toxin called Coumarin. One should not use Cinnamon in quantities like Ginger or Garlic.
