We were not able to use this as MA does not allow plumbing products not "listed" on their web site. Plumbing Inspector will not pass it. Worse, this item cannot be returned easily as it has to go back to China. The company gave us a 50% refund and had us keep it. Looking at it I wish we could have installed it! Great product for the price. I had to spend 4 to 5 times to get the same features with a Grohe System that MA will approve. Typical example of over regulation and government overreach. Nanny state here in Taxachusettes.

Installed this shower unit about 1-year ago and could not be happier, absolutely love it. The large rain head is a dream to wake up to every morning. I would definitely recommend this to any DIY who wants an incredible looking and functioning shower head set when they are done. Just be mindful of the depth of your tile while installing the components but you can cut down the adapters if you have to.

Very disappointed. Bought this while back and the shower head opened up due to rust. Now I can’t use no more because it splashes over my bathroom. Very poof quality. Tried contact them for a solution no replies.

I am satisfied with this product and customer support. I had an issue with my hand shower after 2 years and the seller was able to send a replacement at no charge.

The entire reason I bought this was so that I could have more than one water source on at once. If you use more than one source, you and your entire household will hear a loud humming noise while you use it. See the video. What happens is the humming noise occurs after having more than one source on and then changing the hot and cold dial. It is in the mixer. (The video is actually showing the second valve I purchased two of the same units and both have the same problem (read below)). I made the mistake of rationalizing that I just had a bad unit. The materials are impressive and it looks solid and nice. The shower, body jets, and wand are nice and well made. So I bought another one. Same model same product. Same result. The second unit hummed just the same. Those that have experience with construction and labor costs know that the install, removal, and install of items get pricey on the labor and additional materials side. All told I have paid far more than just the cost of the unit. In short, learn from my mistake. Do not buy! If two of the exact same products have the same defect then most likely all of them will have it.

Installed 2 in the same shower (his & hers). Everything works well. I don't have any issues with humming, and have enough water so that 2 things can be on at the same time with no problem. I also don't mind the temperature setting in Celsius, it's European!

Relatively easy to install. Had an issue with the the LEDs on the shower head so I sent an email and they replied within 12 hours. I gave them my address and I had a new part in less than 7 days. Great customer service.

Love this shower system and that you can use each mode separately. This completed our bathroom remodel and made our bathroom look like a luxury spa. The product came quickly and packed well. Customer service has been great when I had questions.
