Vanillin USP 454 Grams

Very concentrated, and a little goes a loooooong way! I use it in concert with real vanilla extract at a 20/1 concentration, and it's working great for pastries, creme brulee, etc. It also works in small amounts in icings that you don't want any darkening. Overall good addition to real vanilla, and a fraction of the cost.

I am using this to flavor home-made ice cream, and it is excellent. A little goes a long way, and it flavors it very nicely.

It’s is a bad smelling vanillin. It’s mixed with vanilla powder that you could get at Starbucks. It’s vanilla powder and vanillin crystals.I can’t believe I am not allowed to return this product. I bought it trusting the the product was good enough for my bakery business but it’s not pure vanillin powder which usually is more crystal my then this.Very disappointed

Nothing beats vanilla bean soaked in vodka but this is pretty darn close. The methyl tastes a little better and has a beigish color. This version is almost pure white. You probably need less of the methyl to get the same flavor. They both taste like vanilla but each has its own complexity.

Great deal. Using it to treat psoriatic arthritis with some success. Cheaper than pharmaceuticals and safer.Tastes terrible, but you can put it in gel caps. Horseradish makes a good chaser . . .

Pure vanillin is my favorite flavoring. This product has fully met my expectations, and the price is great!
