Quercetin + Nettle Supplement - Nettle Leaf + Quercetin Supplements with Flavonoids - Powerful Antioxidants for Immune Support (90 Vegan Capsules)

This spring I was experiencing the worst hay fever ever since I've been in this country (nine years). I also had really bad hey fever when I lived in Europe and I used to have to take antihistamines to be able to leave the house, but even with those, I would still have some symptoms. When I moved here I decided I didn't want to take any medicine. This year my allergies were so bad I was actually considering taking them again. I had taken a quercetin supplement in the past from a different brand and it didn't help much. I read about combining quercetin with nettle in an article and thought about giving quercetin another try. I took three capsules in the evening almost a month ago and the following day I had no issues with pollen. I have been almost symptom free since I started taking it. Only the very occasional sneezing, which I can live with, but before my eyes were burning all the time, I couldn't sleep, the roof of my mouth was constantly itchy, even my ears, lips and face were itchy! My nose felt like an open faucet and the skin around my nose was terribly irritated. I wasn't able to go to the park with my daughter. It was really bad! I had even tried sublingual drops for over a month with no luck. A couple of days ago I gave some of these quercetin/nettle pills to my neighbour, who had told me that he was taking the strongest antihistamines available because of how bad his allergies were. He stopped taking those to give this a try and after taking the quercetin/nettle supplement for a couple of days he told me that he can finally stop taking those meds and he will order some of these. Of course what can work for someone won't always work for everyone, but at least my neighbour and I have had amazing results with this product.

This is a brand and product my doctor recommended because of the overall health benefits of both ingredients. I took this product for about a year on my doctor's recommendation. The capsules are not hard to swallow. I did not feel any different taking them, but I know the quesrcetin is good for heart health and the nettles cleansing. I prefer nettles tea. It's pretty good and feels more cleansing than taking a packaged supplement. Quercetin has many benefits, but it is not a substitute for eating a balanced, unprocessed diet, fruit, vegetables, meat, and fish... Taking supplements thinking you're improving your health while you're clogging your body up with processed cheap food is a waste of money.

Great supplement recommended by my doctor.

My Functional medicine doctor recommended I take this for my MCAS three capsules, twice a day, along with a couple other vitamins, including B5, C, Perimine, and a binder that has charcoal and bentonite clay. I’ve been taking this for several months now, and it seems to help but I have to be very careful about which probiotic I add with it as I’ve only been able to tolerate one dirt based probiotic, and not the one for histamine intolerance! It depends on each person, and everybody is different.

The quercetin and nettles work tally well together. I like the combination.

My teenager always has allergy issues every spring. We’ve tried many things such as Zyrtec and other natural things as well. They might help with symptoms but don’t really help the root cause. This has been great. He has taken it every day and hasn’t had any stuffy head or swollen face and his nose has barely run. It’s a miracle! Have told several others about this too.

Great product

Shortly after taking the first capsule, my breathing returned to normal for the first time in years. After trying so many different products, I was truly amazed that this one worked! Allergies cause my airways to close so you can't imagine the relief this gave me. I take one in the morning and one before bed and no longer have to struggle to get air. I'd give it a 100 star rating if possible and a Huge Thank You!!!!!!
