Everything came intact no broken pieces. It was amazingly packed!! I was little dissapointed however about the size of the coffee pot it is much smaller than I expected maybe use it for espresso. It is a lovely set. I haven't used it yet but it appears it should be fine. Def reccomend it as for a collectors and or one time uses for special occasions, that's the reason I bought this for Christmas this year.
