Genuine Hansgrohe. Works great and has a long spout. Perfect for large kitchen sinks and is all metal and installs very easily.

I'm very pleased with this product. It replaced a cheap temporary deck mounted unit that felt plastic and needed a few pumps to get the soap out. This one feels sturdy, has a bit of weight to it, and works very well. The styling is modern and blends in nicely with our Dornbracht faucet. It's not insanely expensive and works far better that the ~$25 units you see on the site. I didn't use the included supply bottle and instead added a $10 extension tube kit to a large supply bottle under the cabinet. Highly recommend.

This is the third under the sink soap dispenser I bought and finally, I found the perfect one. Now I know what to look for! Hansgrohe Under Sink Soap Dispenser, Focus 3-inch, Modern Soap Dispenser in Chrome, 40438001 1. The spout is long enough (3 1/4") so that the soap will land in the corner of the sink. No dripping onto the counter, or along the side of the sink. 2. The soap bottle is 16 ounces, which is on the larger side of bottles. 3. The suction power is excellent. The straw is strong and solid, allowing for a strong pump of soap that works every time. 4. I love the flat shape of the base, and how it lays flush on the countertop, with just a touch of height. 5. The top of the dispenser is sturdy and strong. When you pump it, it will not jiggle and move around. 6. I can gently pull off the top of the dispenser, and refill the bottle from the top. They even give you a funnel. 7. I chose the shiny Chrome finish, which comes shiny and clean with just a microfiber cloth. If you are able to spend the $50, I know others may cost less, but the extra money will be well worth your while. After returning two dispensers that dribble out soap with a cheap suction straw, or have a short spout, or wiggle around unsteadily, I am so happy to have this item. This is something I will have for a long time, so I want it to be right. You will be very happy with this.

I purchased this for my condo in Costa Rica and had one chance to get it right because, if I didn’t, the return window would have closed. I ordered a couple styles/brands and this was without question the best quality. Plumbing can get creative in Costa Rica and at first I thought the under mount was too wide but I was able to make it snug up nicely with the existing parts. It is near a perfect match to my faucet and the branding doesn’t bother me at all. I couldn’t be happier!

purchased March 2023.I have taken it apart and cleaned all parts I can reach. Does not squirt well..or very small amount even when it was new. Now it doesn't squirt at all. I seldom write negative reviews. I am not happy with this item.

Well built nice heavy quality feel. Price is right I do wish the arm was longer but that might be the position of the hole.

I did not know after I had returned items that you charged to have items returned. Your return policy needs to be clearly indicated. Relative to this item- the colour was not clear. A real disappointment. This is the first time I wrote re my experience. Incidently dropping the item on the pathway outside was really not ideal.

I use the soap dispenser for dishwashing liquid. It looks great on the kitchen bench.
