JVCHA-V570 Supra-Aural Headphones

I needed a mic which this did not have. My mistake. Only rating it so it will go away.

They fit and sound great.

The sound quality would be much better if the earphones lined up with the ears correctly. I have ordered several pairs and they are NOT CONSISTENT as far as lining up with the ears. They also DO NOT FIT SNUGLY and stretch out easily in a short period of time. PLEASE CORRECT THIS!!!

Its now 2022. Bought these in 2013. Love the volumne control. Totally flexible, not relegated to 3 levels as some current headphones. Cord is now much to long and caught in my rolling computer chair. In trying to untangle it I ended up pulling the plug out of the cord. I am now in a smaller space. The cord length was not a problem in my old house. They were quite comfortable although slightly too big - I am a woman with a head on the small size. Audio quality was fine for me, but I am not pickly about audio. Will buy again if the model is still available and see if it is possible to wrap the cord in an attempt to shorten it since I really liked the headphones.

I have nothing really against the JVC HA-V570 Headphones in terms of quality for the price. You get what you pay for. I was just looking for a cheap pair of headphones that I can use to listen to DVD's on my laptop.These headphones don't have sound definition in bass, midrange, or treble. Although the bass and midrange are definately better than most cheap earbuds. They sound 'adequate' which means that they don't suck and they don't excel in anything clearly.My biggest complaint is that I don't like the Supra-Aural/Monitor-style nature of the earcups on this headphone. From the picture I guessed incorrectly that the pads would be extremely soft and cushiony on my ears. They are soft, but not as soft as that! And the cups heat up my ears after just 20 minutes of usage. So just imagine a 2 hour movie! They were sweaty and uncomfortable, especially when lying down.I have a set of Sony Supra-Aural headphones that are extremely light-weight and just sit lightly against my ears.Plastic construction should hold up to normal abuse/wear-and-tear. The added 1/4" connector is nice and the extra cord length is great for moving around (although tangles are a pain).The volume control included inline is also a great reason to buy this if you need a cheap pair of headphones; great addition. This is great if you are using it with a PC so you don't have to keep changing the sound level on the computer.Now that I have more experience, I will avoid all closed-type/monitor-style headphones in the future.These JVC's are good quality for the price but they are bulky and not very portable. So research and test out headphones in stores before you buy online!I also own a pair of GRADO SR225 that I can reference these JVC to. Not even close! GRADO is superb quality. But the GRADO also suffers from listening fatigue after 2 hours of use! Not very comfortable earpads either. :(

I'm a transcriptionist and spend my entire work shift with headphones on. I need something comfy that doesn't squeeze my head & give me headaches. THESE babies are great! They are wide-set enough to *not* squeeze my head too hard. They have slipped off when I tipped my head all the way forward or backward - but that's not something I normally do. They have a soft, cushy padding on them and a thin "leatherette" covering that doesn't make my ears *too* hot. ANY on-ear headphone is going to retain a little heat. They don't block outside sound entirely, but they do muffle it quite a bit. That's nice in my line of work.One of the coolest things about these -- which was a pleasant surprise to me -- is that they have a swivel point for the ear pads! That means they really conform to the shape of your head nicely. Face it, most headphones are made with some pretty weird angles that don't really approximate the shape of a human head whatsoever. THESE DO!The other "must have" part of these headphones is the in-line volume control. It's at a handy distance from the headphones themselves -- not too close and not too far down the line. They also come with an adapter plug which I call a 1/4-inch, but I think it's official measurement is slightly different. The headphone cable itself is capped with a 1/8-inch plug (again, possibly not the official measurement--maybe 3.5-mm??)... the standard for most headphone ports.I really like these headphones and think I might get another pair as a spare, "just in case"!

Honestly these are supposed to be DJ earphones but I'm using them on my phone cuz I didn't realize they were DJ earphones and they have a 9-ft cord but they're not loud and they fit on your head kind of funny they don't feel like they they swivel to the sides so they're supposedly like going to fit really good but they don't really feel like they fit good it's not loud it says super Bass but I wouldn't know because I can't turn my phones on full blast and the volumes up and I don't really get no Bass so honestly I'm pretty disappointed in these but they weren't very expensive so you know maybe if I was plugging them into some kind of like DJ kit or something I'd be able to really turn the volume up but for even just sitting here at the house I wouldn't listen to music through them for anything not like this but just for Facebook videos and YouTube videos they're fine.

I used this product for listening to my TV. The product works perfectly and I love the extra long cord that allows me to sit in my recliner while watching TV, has great sound and really enjoy the proximity of the Volume Control on the HP. And I was very impressed on the Delivery time of the product, could not believe that it arrived within 2 days of purchase, Wow and the HP came in it's original packaging and it in excellent condition.Kudos to the seller and I would not hesitate to buy from this person again.

Tiene una buena calidad de sonido, no es el mejor pero por el precio no amerita quejas, además son muy ligeros y por lo que siento al tacto puedo decir que son frágiles pero pueden resistir.

Quality of sound just average but perfect for TV.

They feel cheap out of the box, very light, sound quality is so so. Broke after ~4 months of moderate, stationary use.Will not recommend.
