These cleansing pills really work but they can be a little TOO effective depending upon your metabolism. Here’s why… I’ve noticed that the directions on the product page are different than what’s on the actual package. According to the package instructions, on Days 1 through 3, you take one pill at night. Days 4 and 5 you take two a night. Days 6 and 7 you take three pills. Here is the effect they had on me when I followed the package instructions. Days 1-3: I had a full, solid bowel movement the next mornings that left me feeling well. Days 4-5: I often had two large movements, usually about 5-6 hours apart. Days 6-7: It was like drinking a full bottle of milk of magnesia. I had roughly 4-5 movements on those following days. And sometimes I had a movement if I breathed wrong. It was too much. They worked. I did lose roughly 10 pounds after that week whenever I used them. But those high doses near the end of the week left me drained. The best thing to do is keep the dosage to 1 pill a night if you want a good single movement. Maybe up it to 2 pills on the weekend if you know you’re going to stay home. You’ll still lose the weight but at least you won’t be overdoing it.

Being a week out from my brother in law's wedding, I decided to give these bad boys a try to help me fit into that size 6 I convinced myself I could wear. I followed the directions by taking one pill at bedtime the first two nights. Taste wise I'd compare them to "hayride" or "farm chores". Definitely a grassy taste but not unbearable. I didn't notice anything at all the first 3 days... And then the morning of day four 😱... I woke with that little feeling of "hmm, something's going on in there" on regards to my tummy area. Unfortunately it was 6:50 and school drop off is 15 minutes away so any feelings of discomfort had to be brushed aside. I arrived at school drop off, told my kids "love you" yada yada, and proceeded to leave the lot. This is where trouble begins! Guys, the second- and I mean SECOND I exited the school parking lot I felt it. An overpowering wave of IHAVETOGONOW hit me so hard! I rounded the curve and increased my speed. I made it to the highway- a straight shot home! Just ten minutes. I can do this. The speedometer hit 65...70...75... I turned on my emergency lights. I started praying- audibly praying to God "please sweet Lord and Savior don't let me poo myself". I thought I might faint. I've never fainted before but I feel like that's what was about to happen. Just my luck, pass out driving 80 down the highway, lose control of my vehicle and mess myself without a shred of dignity to cling to. Alas, I made it to my house just in time. The angels sang hallelujah. Somewhere the cast of a Mel Brooks film could be heard clapping at my success. I made it! I made it! Would recommend only on the advisement of staying close to home around day 4!

It didn’t really work for me , would probably choose a different brand . Made me cramp a stomach hurt ..with no “results “

Review based off only one dose. I took one dose and had horrible stomach pains and cramps all night, went to the bathroom maybe 6 times and feel like I got fully cleaned out after one pill. I won’t be taking the rest because the stomach pains and cramps were intense and not worth it.

Amazing! Lost 22.8 lbs since January 2025. Used it regularly, followed by a daily pilates routine- my body jumped into a high speed metabolism phase, where I was losing weight, while helping my gut and forever constipation problem. Love the product.

Works well for me! No cramps at all! That bloated feeling was gone and I can say that I shed some pounds!

Used it and it caused only very mild BM. So I do not think it is worth it

i used for 7 days while i was working , its like 1 tablet 2 days and 2 tablets 2 days and so on.. At first it was normal but When it got to the 3 tablets a day i was frequently using the loo so just make sure you are prepared for it Overall it did what it is supposed to do

Couldn’t take more than two pills. Not suitable for sensitive stomach
