Better flavor
Compared to the most common dark coffee brands, Seattles dark roast has better flavor. I use one less measurement than common brands.

Disturbingly Bad Coffee
There is something very bad about this bag of Henry's Blend compared with past purchases (I have been using Henry's Blend for several years). This was the 4th of 6 bags in the box, which is stored in a cool, dark cabinet, as has been true for several years. The first 3 bags were as expected, and tasted fine. The coffee in bag 4 tastes metallic and green, as if it were unripe beans that had not been roasted. It's terrible. Really bad. When I poured the remainder of the coffee from my press into a bowl, the bowl had grounds, water, and several large droplets of oil floating on top. I started over with new water, new coffee and a clean press, and the results were just as bad. Undrinkable. Tomorrow I will try using bag #5 to see if it's better. If it's not better, then I have 3 bags and another box with 6 bags that I cannot drink and need to dump as I am past the return window.
