Do you put it on before you go to sleep or wear them throughout the day?

I can’t answer night or day because the rubber bands were so tiny that I couldn’t even get them around my teeth. Get a bigger size or they are a waste of money.

Does it only work for the 2 front teeth or can it be used for other ones?

We use them for our dogs hair. Don’t know about teeth.

im not sure bc i didnt continue to use them. the bands did not work for me bc they kept popping off. i wish i knew that answer.

do these bands slide upward and hurt your gum line?

They can. It's best to set them at the closer to the bottom area of the tooth and usually this helps.
