The absorption has been great for me, though I have a standing lab order to test my B12 and magnesium levels to be done. The scent is pleasant, the flavor is a nice berry flavor, the texture isnt too gritty as it dissolves, and I like the energy burst I get from it once it is in my system. I like these. They have good flavor unlike some sublinguals I've tried. Kind of dusty, as I guess any coating would affect the solubility, so be ready for a bit of pink dust on opening. And watch out when removing the huge swatch of cotton; mine brought along a few pills with it.

Not sure if they are working because I take so many supplements. But these are sublingual dissolveable tablets. They take a little longer to dissolve then I thought they would. They seem sweet and have a slight berry taste. Nothing strong, but if you are drinking something sweet right afterwards, you wont taste your drink. lol Small in size, easy to use.
