I absolutely love this book. Our use the recipes all the time. I’m also a part of it online group Fit Rise . I have lost 50 lbs with the help of Danette May’s program. The Facebook group is amazing .

Great Cookbook!
This is the best cook book ever! The recipes are only a few ingredients. It is so simple and all of the food is healthy. Thank you for creating this book, Danette May!

not what i was hoping for
I was under the impreession this book would help with making meals. It does give a lot of breakfast and smoothies recipes but for lunch an dinner, not so much. Very disappointed to see one dinner recipe and one lunch. Unless my book was in incomplete. I understood the concept behind the writing but it did not help me with what i needed which is meals options with recipes.I am in need of good recipes and this did not provide any for lunch for dinner. Perhaps that is what you get if you join her support group which is mentioned in the book. It gives a list of foods to choose from but no recipes.

Danette's Delight! Great recipes and very healthy!
I love this handy book for my kitchen. I did Danette's 30 day challenge and was thrilled to find the recipes here in book along with many of the 30 day plan details.

This cookbook was horrible. Crappy quality & pages are not laminated. Very disorganized & disappointed cuz I Thought danette is super easy to follow live video. Whoever did her cookbook should be fired. 28 is a lot for the quality of this cookbook

Not sure which came first, Bikini Body Recipes or this one. I bought them both and they are almost identical. Still love anything Danette does so I am giving one to my daughter.

Great whole life tips!
I love Dannette Mays concept of short bursts of exercise and sensible eating plan plus the psychological tips. I wanted more information after reading her book and her online program does the job!

Whilst this book is a good, I did think it was more theoretical rather than great recipes.

Disappointing
Just going to state the facts here... this book stuck me as a very "bland". There are lots of recipes in it but none really grabbed my attention because there are hardly any pictures in it. I'm interested in cookbooks that have a rich & vibrant feel, ones with pictures of the actual dish, that's what grabs your attention in a cookbook. Considering this book isn't exactly priced on the low end, I expected much more detail. I wanted it to get me interested and motivated to try the recipes but its actually just a boring, oversized paperback. I gave it three stars because if nothing else, the recipes were well organized into their categories and there was enough information in the beginning of the book about weight loss, meditation, the importance of drinking water and portion control...just not for me
