I was so impressed with the Customer Service that I reordered the brush and gifted the original one to my brother. No hassle and great efficient Customer Service. Really like the brush. The stiff side of the brush is perfect, not to rough and does the job. Rises off nicely and am sure it will last a long time. Not overly heavy, I'm a woman of mature years and not able to lift anything too heavy, this is perfect.

I’ve had this for a while now. Hangs in my shower and use daily . Ergonomic and although I have bad shoulders can reach my back and lower legs easily. It looks lush and has two sides, the soft I like for applying body was and the firmer bristles good for exfoliating and getting the blood vessels moving . Would purchase again in a heartbeat

I love using the firmer side of the brush, the rubber on the handle is preventing slipping, I got shoulder problems so if it was 5cm longer it would be absolutely perfect

Soft bristles on one side harder on the other depending on needs. Good hard wood. After using it for a while got another for a gift for a relative.
