Zulay Kitchen 304 Stainless Steel Fine Mesh Strainer 3.35 in - Strainers Fine Mesh, Tea Strainers for Loose Tea - Perfect for Tea, Cocktails, Juicing, Drinks, Liquids, Matcha, Coffee & More

I have been needing a mesh fine strainer in a smaller size for my teas and other small tasks. I have two larger strainers, and mesh tea balls. This looked just about perfect for my larger batches of loose leaf tea and smaller batches of juice. The weight is just right. The strainer is not too light to leave on top of a caraff, bowl, or mug while not being too heavy or out of balance either. The handle also is very helpful to place on the spout area of the caraff or measuring glasses I use. It stays put and is very stable while pouring or while holding to push or stir purée through when making a fruit based recipe. It has not rusted and I am constantly using the strainer. The strainer is very easy to clean, and to keep clean. I bought a dedicated brush for the strainer that really helps too. I am glad that I bought this because it makes straining my teas way faster than holding a tea ball open and dumping the loose tea every few pour overs from my larger steep pot. The price was very reasonable for the quality. I was really impressed when I started useing it. With a few of my strains I did strain the finer particles of my tea or turmeric into paper filters placed in my larger cone strainer with this strainer underneath for a very clarified strain. This works very well on it’s own however.

I recently been making chai tea lattes at home and with all the ingredients that go into making chai tea, straining the little bits well is important. The stranger worked perfectly for what I needed to do and is durable and the shape fits perfectly when I strain the tea into my mason jars for storage. The mesh was perfect size to catch even the littlest bit of spice fragment from passing through. Great quality. Highly recommend it!!

Arrived quickly in perfect condition. The strainer is made well and the perfect size to fit in cups and thermos’s. Stainless steel and easy to clean. Would purchase more when needed.

This is a good-quality strainer. I've been looking for a strainer that will fit over the mouth of the cup and contain the tea leaves I use. This strainer fits the bill. It has a good-sized lip for stability over a cup, and it feels sturdy. Those elements are important. It should function as it's supposed to and not feel cheap.

This is a fine strainer for citrus juice, easy to use, sturdily built, good handle, and good value for money and easy to clean. But, this strainer is smaller than it looks! That means the cone is far narrower at the bottom than you might assume, and that means it clogs up with pulp quicker, meaning you have to shift it around, or stir the pulp with a toothpick or something to get your money's worth of juice! This would be excellent though, for fine straining cocktails if you really want to get all the fine ice-chips out of a shaken drink!

Nice quality. Doesexactly what it should do. Good size.

Great for catching tiny lizards that aren't exactly welcome guests in the house! Seriously, in Fl they fit in the smallesr places and just hide where I can't get to them to put them back out. I feel sorry for them, so this didn't cost much to help me at least try to get them out. Makes me feel better. Worth it. Thank you!

I actually bought this for a very unconventional reason — my senior dog has no teeth and has become extremely picky about eating. Some days he’ll only eat kibble if I hand-feed him, and this strainer was the closest thing I could find that mimicked the shape of my hand while still holding his food securely. It ended up working surprisingly well! The fine mesh cradles the kibble nicely, it’s lightweight, easy to hold, and gentle enough for feeding. If you have an elderly dog, a picky eater, or a pet that needs a little extra encouragement to eat, this might help more than you’d expect. Not its intended purpose… but definitely a lifesaver in our house. ❤️🐶
