Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love our filter system. We bought one back in 2021 to use for bottles for the baby so we'd not have to keep buying the gallon jugs of purified water. Now we use it for things like my Nespresso, tea kettle, and coffee pot so the hard water residue doesn't build up as quickly. We have a well, and while the water tastes good, it leaves build up when you use it long term in machines like that. The filter works well, removing the iron and making it taste even better. The filters last quite awhile, you can get a three pack and it lasts all year. My boys, or husband, broke the part that holds the filter off a month or two ago. I was able to superglue it back on but then this week it came off again. Of course you can't get that piece on here alone. So I emailed Water Drop about it and they were amazing. First I talked to Ramon then with Harper. Immediately they began the process of replacing the whole unit for me, even though it was 4 years old. And, they sent it overnight, they also sent me an extra filter.

My water is good coming out of the tap (on Oahu), but since I installed a new faucet, I wanted to top it off by adding a water filter system. I didn't want it too small nor too bulky, so I chose this one based on photos and reviews. Installation was very easy; the first adapter fit perfectly out of the box. Instructions were easy to follow. Took just a couple of minutes. No leaks, water flow is good, and it gives me peace of mind for me and my family. I already placed my order for replacement filters, as this one seems like a keeper. Highly recommended.

We have county water, and it has an unpleasant odor. We have had a Pur and Dupont faucet filtering system for years, with Dupont being the last one. We liked it but they discontinued it, so we had to find a replacement. This filter seemed to be okay and relatively inexpensive. The filters are a little pricey but not outlandish.What I like the least is the large flow area when the filter is not being used. It makes it hard to fill containers with a small mouth. And although the water does smell and taste better, the intensity that the water flows when it is being filtered suggests that it is not filtering a great deal.

Although I did have to take the old filter off the faucet and had to find the tool to do it, but it was fairly easy to install. I could tell the difference in the taste of the water, and very happy with the purchase. Great for the price. No more buying bottled water.

I purchased this water filter unit having never heard of Waterdrop or the quality of its products. I was extremely pleased not only with how easy it was to install and how well it works, but also with the customer service representative. This company is amazing.

This is a great filter! We weren't sure at first, but it's proved itself to the point where we thought of getting rid of our Brita but we just double filter. Coffee tastes better too

We had the faucet for almost 7 months before it started to break. It would get very difficult to turn the handle to switch it from tap to filtered and vice verse. Eventually, it started to spew water from between the white and silver parts, making a mess everywhere.

It was easy to install and has a selection of faucet adapters. Water tastes great and I like that you can turn the filter on or off easily.
