It tastes better than the yellow cheddar one in my opinion. This one tastes tangy kind of like ranch but with a hint of vinegar and saltier, good thing I love vinegar lol so yummy 😩 this is gonna make eating keto much easier although it does taste good even with rice lol now that I know this exists I’m never using Parmesan cheese ever again which is bland compared to this

A youtuber was describing some recipes using this dry cheese so I bought some to try for myself. While I like to deny that I am swayed by advertising, I was swayed to try this product. LOL. Flavor is less salty than some yellow dry cheeses I've tried, but not by much. Still, there is a savory flavor. As an appreciative outdoors man, I like to keep dry food products that are light weight to carry and easy to prepare with water AND I like to prepare them myself rather than pre-packaged meals.

I use to occasionally make my own Mac and cheese to avoid all the additives and preservatives in box brands. Great taste, better than box....Google recipes that suit your tastes. I make a large mason jar up which lasts a long time.

The fact that this is not only an amazing product, but ALSO available with no added colors, is INSANE. I am allergic to most foods, but I specifically cannot have ANY grains so something like macaroni and cheese I just accepted I would have to live without... but NOT ANYMORE. This Hoosier Hill White Cheddar Cheese plus the Veggie Craft noodles... LIFE ALTERING. THANK YOU SO MUCH for this amazing product. I hope its available literally forever. ***I didnt even do the full instructions. I just treated it like one of those 3 minute macaroni cups.. boiled my noodles for 8 minutes, left a little bit of the starchy water, and just gradually added in the cheese, stirring it in gradually as you pour like when youre adding flour to a cookie recipe. I've ordered the white cheddar 2 times before, and they were great Now the 3rd time I ordered, it tastes sour, way too tangy, unpleasant like it's gone bad It's my first time ordering in the summer, so I think it was left out in hot summer temperatures during transit? I will try ordering again once it's winter I guess

My family was already a big fan of the yellow cheddar cheese by Hoosier Hill Farm (our kids woun't eat pasta without it!), this white cheddar is a nice compliment to the yellow cheddar since it's a softer & more subtle taste, a nice change and option to have when seasoning popcorn, salads, pasta ... Looooove it!

Always great on popcorn. You have to coat the popcorn with a little butter first so cheese powder will stick. Thought I would try homemade white mac and cheese. Wasn't sure how this would turn out BUT boy was I surprised. Just followed the Hoosier Farm recipe for White Cheddar Mac & Cheese. It was delicious and so fast and easy to make. A new favourite.

It's an okay product but the cost is ridiculous for what you actually get I'll be looking elsewhere
