This Works Great!
My office at home is in my basement and the floor can get cold. I was using heated socks until I tried this out. It is fantastic with no exaggeration. I no longer need wool socks or heated socks. This heating pad does the job. It has varying settings so you can use it with your barefoot, with socks, or with slippers. I use with Uggs slippers and that works very well. The pad heats the soles of your slippers and your feet. I am so glad I bought this and gave it a try. I highly recommend.

Keeps feet from freezing
I stand at a register by a constant opening and closing door in a grocery. It's winter and my feet are always frozen. I plug this baby in and set to high (145 deg) and it heats quickly. Then turn it down to 115 and it keeps my feet feeling normal. Life saver. Wish it were longer because while it's the biggest I could find it is not big enough to move side to side while checking and bagging groceries. Not sure how long it will last with me actually standing in it because I am not sure it's made for standing on.

Say goodbye to cold feet
My home office is upstairs... in the bedroom. And it gets cold up here. I spend a lot of time here at the moment. My feet were getting cold. I tried warmer socks, and hot water bottles, and wrapping my feet in a blanket. Eh, it kind of helped, but it was annoying. This little mat is great. Adjustable temp, turns off after a couple of hours if you forget, and it warms your feet. Works barefoot but also, I've found, surprisingly well through your slippers. The grey version looks good, I think. Definitely good value for the price, so far (I've had it for a couple of weeks now). ** Update, a couple of months later: as other reviewers have said, the little switch is definitely a weak spot. The rubber covering popped off, and although I was able to get it back on there, it's very finicky now. I can no longer switch it on/off/change the temp with my foot. I have to bend over to do it. I guess it's good for me, like yoga.

Great item - just a tad bit small
It's a great ... little mat ... LOL - I keep it cool in the office on account of equipment and helping me not fall asleep :-) - and while I stand at all desks I do have one place where I allow myself to sit - and that's where I placed this thing - GREAT product, does what it claims, awesome control (heel or toe or ball of foot) change levels or power off - and it sure keeps feet warm as I tend to walk around in thick winter socks in the winter - and stand on thick soft mats when I work (standing at a desk) - and I use this to warm up periodically - and I also use it when I come in from outside since it works so well - just so small - just a few inches in both directions would be awesome - for now it's just great!!

My toes are so toasty
Love this item. While doing homework my feet are always cold even with the heat on, but now they are so toasty. My dog even loves to sit on it. It works so good, I recommend this, it even has different temp settings for your comfort levels.

Decent heated mat with a few problems, died after 18 months
It's a decent heated floor mat. My office is an outbuilding with nothing underneath the plywood floor. When it's cold out, the floor gets cold and my feet get cold--even with wool socks and decent boots on...so I bought this heated floor mat. It's decent. The controls are a bit janky. There's a single button that has a rubber cover over it. You're supposed to press or tap on it with your foot to adjust the settings.I never quite got the hang of it, but I think you tap it to turn it on, tap it to increase the temp, and then hold it down for a few seconds to turn it off. It's mildly annoying if you accidentally bump it with your foot and the temperature gets set to 140...then you have to tap it and cycle back through 85, 95, 105, and 115 to get to a comfortable 125.The rubber cap isn't very secure and frequently pops off. You have to get on your hands and knees to fidget with it to get it back on.Unfortunately after ~12 months of having it and using it every weekday during the winter (maybe 10 weeks total or ~50 days) the switch seems to no longer register taps. I have to get under my desk and push it 5-10 times before it registers that I want to turn it on or increase the temperature. It's even worse when I want to turn it off. Hold it down for 5 seconds, then lift my foot up, notice it's still on, hold it down for another 5 seconds, lift my foot up....repeat that 5-10 times before it finally registers and turns off.A few weeks ago (after maybe 100 days of total use) the heater appears to be slightly broken.I can set the thing all the way up to 145 degrees, but it barely hits 100.When it worked, it worked well--even when the floor of my office was ~18 degrees F.I need to buy a new one, but I think I'm going to pick a different vendor and style.

Life Changer !
I work in the basement - I actually lose feeling in my toes they get so cold. This mat is the perfect size for my feet and I set it at 125F when I am in sock feet and 135F if I am leaving my slippers on and they get hot! The controls are easy to work with your finger a little tricky with just a toe but with practice. Cleans well as the grey patter is a hard surface not a carpeting - and can be wiped down. It is a little expensive but it works very very well and I prefer it over the constant thrum of a space heater. Quiet and warm. Good buy.

No way to turn it off, or is there?
Its certainly nice a warm for my feet under the desk. The instruction sheet is somewhat lacking as it mentions no way to turn it off other than unplugging it. Having read the web blurb, I see that it works the same way as turning it on.

A good product to buy
Very easy to operate, good temp control range, very effective on heating the feet with and without shoes on. Worthy the price!

Very practical and fulfills its purpose
It is for above for basement where the cold comes through the floor, this is a very good complement to the heater since you focus the heat on the feet and avoid having to raise the temperature of the heater.
