I bought this 2 years when I had a newborn and my coffee kept getting cold before I would get a chance to drink it. I've been using it every day since then. It keeps my coffee hot for hours. Although the paint has chipped in a couple of places, it's still going strong. Because of the handle and size, it doesn't fit most the pushchair's cup holders, but I eventually found one that worked.

I am sitting in the snowy sunshine with a cappuccino which I made almost an hour ago. It is still hot. The froth is still on top. I did rather take a deep breath at the price but someone had given me money for Christmas. It is worth every penny so far. It goes in the dishwasher and doesn’t sulk, it doesn’t leak , which was the reason I knew I needed a new drinking cup, the last one of a different make went everywhere when it tipped over. I like the handle. Any lipstick comes off in the dishwasher . It works well for coffee and hot chocolate, not too sure I like tea in it. AND (deliberate capitals) I think it would be so brilliant and safe for people with disabilities who don’t want to use the plastic beakers.

Keeps drinks hot for a long time, outer cool to touch, but it will leak, little hole in lid .

Really good travel mug. It holds a mug’s worth of liquid. Handle is easy to grip for my small hands. Colour is really nice as well. Fair warning: It’s not leakproof though. It keeps my tea hot for almost an hour so I have no complaints about it. You just need to be careful during transport because any movement (potholes are a b*tch) and some of the liquid will seep through the tiny sliding lid cover. Easy to clean because you can actually remove and put back the sliding bit and the rubber seal. It was really useful during my morning commute.

Got this for my sister who is a teacher. Keeps her brew warm when it’s her turn to stag on the Grotbags in the playground in the winter.

How can I order replacement Lid?

Now I can carry my morning coffee upstairs without it splashing everywhere, keeps hot in the mug for absolutely ages, very pleased with it.

My husband loves it! I got it as a gift for him. He likes how it keeps his coffee hot for several hours. Nice sized handle and easy to hang onto with his big guy hands. Think I'll look at the other sizes too. He would like a larger capacity.

It is a great mug to have, a bit oversized though, would have been more comfortable with 8-10 oz capacity!! Does what it's meant for keep fluids hot/cold as per the literature!

I needed a mug that would help keep the hot coffee temperature in a high a/c environment, as I don’t have the desk space for a mug warmer and move around a lot. This mug is perfect for a k-cup serving of coffee (what work pantry offers), keeps the coffee warm long enough for me to finish it. Love that it has a thin handle, is easy to clean, and comes in a variety of colors.

كوب رهيب يحفظ الحرارة لعدة ساعات. دائما اخذ وقتي في شرب القهوة او الشاي يعني اقعد ساعه ونص او ساعتين استمتع فيه. الكوب هذا يخليني استمتع بالمشروب طول الفترة هذه وهو حار بدون ما تتغير درجة الحرارة. اذا كنت زيي بيعجبك الكوب. الكوب جودته عالية وقبضته مريحه وخفيفة على اليد. بشكل عام انصح فيه ويعتبر من افضل الأكواب في هذه الفئة.
