I am a liver transplant recipient, and because of anti-rejection meds, I struggle to maintain my magnesium levels. I have taken this kind of magnesium since my transplant, as prescribed by my doctor from the pharmacy. They had a shortage and told me it was an OTC med, and I could probably find it in a store or on Amazon. I found it here.
