KNIPEX Cobra XS Mini Water Pump Pliers, 100 mm, Nuts to 24 mm, Pipes to 28 mm, Self-Locking, Fine Adjustment by Button Push, Edc, 87 00 100

In the realm of everyday carry (EDC), finding tools that are both compact and versatile is paramount. These well-known pliers excel in this regard, proving themselves as an essential addition to any EDC lineup. With dimensions comparable to a Victorinox 90mm knife, they are lightweight and easy to carry. Their ability to handle hex nuts of various sizes makes them not only convenient but also functional for a variety of tasks. Furthermore, the pliers’ design facilitates detailed work, allowing for precision without sacrificing the strength you expect from a quality tool. What truly sets these pliers apart is their unique directional mechanism, which applies pressure only in one direction. This feature requires you to flip the tool when changing directions, yet it provides a tighter grip as pressure increases, ensuring efficiency during use. This innovative design has garnered rave reviews from the EDC community, and for good reason - many users find them to be superior to traditional Leatherman models in most scenarios. For anyone seeking the practicality of Victorinox tools while still wanting plier functionality, these pliers are an outstanding alternative and a must-have in your EDC arsenal.

Quality tool, I use it quite often to lose up hoses, clamps, and other duties. Lite weight, compact and versatile

I use these every single day! I don't even notice them in my pocket. A EDC must

These are awesome to use as EDC pliers. Work WAY better than multitool pliers. Love it!

Okay; you know everything you need to know from the other reviews. Do I need to carry this around every day? Absolutely no... what is wrong with the everyday carry people... do I keep this in my car? Absolutely. High quality and awesome utility... you cannot go wrong with this tool. Highly recommend getting the version that has the covers; so they do not scratch metal contact surface. If only to protect the tool itself and future uses. Double check to see if it comes with velvet bag claw covers and any other extras. Even if it doesn't... it was totally worth it because this is one of the most versatile tools available to man.... ladies if If you eat a stocking stuffer for your man friends.. even if they already have it ...will go into the car or in the space rocket/workshop. Full disclosure: I am a **** **** and watched too many edc videos on youtube... none of us need to carry tools on a regular basis like this. No promotion; I paid for my version out of pocket. All of that said; I love it: five out of 5 stars

The small size and quick to use without the locking button make these great as every day carry. My wife prefers to carry this one in her bag with her hair tie so they don’t go poking around with other things in her bag. I love that they’re always available with her when I need them, especially on long drives with a hot engin. Was surprised to see that she uses them more than I do. We also own the 5” with the locking button which has been demoted from every day carry to our garden shed where the kids put them to good use in the garden with the hose, bikes, patio furniture etc. Having both the 4 and 5” around at home and on the road gets our moneys worth sooner as we’re putting them to use right away. I really love the teeth on knipex cobras as they give a really good grip, and the angle groove in the teeth also help twist bolts or anything with an angle. Would recommend the longer ones like the 10” if you’re looking for more torque for stubborn joints. I ordered all of my knipex from overseas as they seem to be cheaper. I recommend this smaller 4” as a quality tool to add to your every day carry or for those moments you wish you had the right tool at hand. Hope you found this review Helpful! Cheers mate! 🍻👍🏽

The best small pliers I’ve ever used. Whether I’m fishing, working on small mechanical stuff, or even opening a beer, these get the job done. A bit pricy but the quality is undeniable.

outstanding. Quality. Perfect size.

So strong and yet so light. Will disappear in your pocket. A bit pricey. Excellent if offered around ₹1000/-.

These mini Cobra pliers are proof that size means absolutely nothing when design is done right. The fit is perfect. Compact enough to live in a pocket or pouch, yet instantly confidence inspiring the moment you pick them up. They feel balanced, precise, and ready for work despite their small footprint. Adjustment is effortless and precise. The fine adjustment mechanism works smoothly, letting you set the jaws exactly where you want them with minimal effort. Once locked in, they stay put. The self locking action is outstanding, biting down securely without slipping or needing constant hand pressure. Grip is exceptional for a tool this small. The jaws hold fast, and the handles are comfortable to use even when you are applying real force. There is no sharpness, no awkward pressure points, just controlled strength where you need it. For the quality on offer, the value for money is excellent. This is a professional grade tool in miniature form, built to last and genuinely useful rather than novelty sized. I thank these pliers. My toolkit thanks these pliers. Even stubborn fasteners seem to reconsider their attitude. Long may they bite.

Taki kieszonkowy krokodyl :)
