Plantar Fasciitis Arch Support Orthopedic Insoles Relieve Flat Feet Heel Pain Shock Absorption Comfortable Insoles

Really comfortable insoles, brilliant for plantar fasciitis. They are very bulky though. However I knew this from other reviews, but I had a pair of boots that were always a bit big on me that I knew these would be perfect for and I desperately needed some comfort in them for my plantar fasciitis. These fit in them and I could get my foot in them, but only because the boots were originally too big for me. They are really good quality insoles, they feel a bit strange to start with but have cushioning although somehow feel hard too for that support? Definitely helped with my pain though and I could finally wear my boots again!

I'm very pleased with them. I've been wearing them in shoes for well over a month. They are very comfortable, light weight and relatively cheap. They fit all of the shoes I've worn so far and I've been completely pain-free. Previously, I had only used bespoke insoles made for me by podiatrists after achilles pain from long distance running - costing about £400 a pair (and lasting about 5 years - although my podiatrist wants me to have new ones more frequently).I'll be sticking to these in the future. I hope they will last at least a couple of years and then I'll buy more. No sign of wear and tear so far.

These do offer good mid foot support and comfort in the heal, watch the size I am size 10 UK and I ordered 10UK these are for a small 10. I highly recommend you do not buy these for wide foot fitting I have the Brooks Ghost 16 running shoes and these insole are not wide or long enough to fit the shoe 1st run left a nasty blister from the insert not fitting the shoe. They fit in my reebok shoes fine but again not a good fit in my skate shoes Etnies or DCs. Also these will not suit flat footers these are for feet high arches. So check the snug fit. Apart from fitting they do add comfort and support to the feet and improve ankle pain.

insert is a great quality, value for money.nice amount of cushioning, without raising you foot in your shoe.was comfy and did help give me the extra layer needed when feet were aching

After working all day on my feet I was practically in tears with the ongoing stabbing pain of plantar fasciitis.On my doorstep at home was the delivery of these insoles.Ah blessed relief! As soon a I slipped them into my trainers I could walk again! The insoles are pretty firm and rigid and not ‘floppy’ but they are comfortable and I don’t feel like there are any ‘lumps’ in the insoles causing discomfort.They were an accurate size ( I’m an eight, so I ordered the same).Appreciate this isn’t a long term review as I only received them yesterday but I’m very happy so far; they offered instant relief.

I give these 3 stars purely because they do not work in shoes . Feels like your heel is coming out of the shoe due to thickness of in soles. However, they are fine in my walking boots and provide the support I need for trekking. I have yet to try them out for a longer trek as I’m still nurturing a plantar fasciitis onset so we shall see if they give me pain relief and support. They are easy to insert into your foot wear.

I was a little hesitant on working out which insole would work better for me with my plantar fasciitis. After much deliberation I opted for these insoles, what can I say "simply brilliant" I play a lot of golf and when I developed plantar fasciitis I though my golfing would be curbed even as we are just into the playing season.These insoles fitted perfectly into my Ecco shoes once I took out the Ecco insoles, they fitted perfectly without having to trim the insoles.Once I got use to wearing them and that was within 1/2 an hour they were simply brilliant, the support they gave me was simply brilliant and I highly recommend them, I'll probably keep wearing then once my plantar fasciitis has eased and cleared up as I cannot get over the difference they have made for me.
