Soho Lighting Polished Chrome dimmer and Rocker Switch Combo Blk Ins Screwless (2 Way Switch & Trailing Dimmer)

This product feels subpar. My electrician couldn’t get the clip to work so we had to glue it on the wall. I also had to glue the knob on as it fell off too. Also, it has a delay so when you push the light on it takes several seconds to turn on. This is extremely annoying. I wish I could return it but it’s already on the wall. I would definitely avoid this.

Whilst the switch looks nice, it came without the grid frame and it doesn't fit any of the usual brands. So I had a major problem, as asking Soho for help, they could find no trace of Amazon orders. They did eventually send me a correct grid plate but even then, the switch didn't fit correctly and I had to fine trim two lugs off on both switches for them to lock into the grid frame. Wholly unsatisfactory and in future I would only order direct from makers to ensure less argument. I'm concerned these may be pirate copies or a batch of faulty that are being dumped on the market. Be careful!
