Hosim RC Car Upgraded Metal Gear M25-Set,2PCS Metal Differentials+1PCS Metal Main Drive Shaft for 1/10 9125 RC Car

Seller stated that it fits 9125 models, sorry to say it but it's a lie , wrong size rod is to short , doesn't fit,

These differentials look better and seem to be stronger than the originals. They WILL fit the Judge Extreme S920. In fact any part for the Hosim 9125 will fit the S920.I haven't played with it much since the differential swap, but we'll see how we'll they hold up.The problem with the originals, in my experience, is the screw that holds the axle cup to the differential, becomes loose, allowing the cup to spin and it chews off the "keys" that lock it in place, once the screw is tight. The gears themselves usually aren't the issue. Taking it apart and putting locktight on the screws, sometimes helps.Hopefully, these won't do that. I'll update if they do end up failing at any point.

Bought the m25 set because the differentials in the 9125 can be a little weak. Figured I'd upgrade the driveline as well. Added marine grease to the whole system when I installed. Main gear stripped within 15 minutes. Pinion and differentials seem to be holding up, but the main stripped so quickly it's hard to tell how long they'll last. This powdered metal is terrible for gears.

Drive shaft doesn't fit 9125. Hosim can't get their product support right. Otherwise, this is the cheapest way at the moment to get new spur gears.

bought this for a bezgar car. Maybe it fits some, but not mine. The tooth count and mesh was good but the bevel gear position in relation to the pinion gear is too far out so that you can't install the gear in the car and have 4wd work. With a ton of modification (we cut out the center of this gear and the outside of the other gear on a lathe) we got it into the car. It ran for about 15 minutes before the metal teeth stripped. I thought they'd be more resilient than that. Yes, we modified it, but we did modify it with precision machining tools, so I'm pretty sure we did a good job there...

My son broke the differential on his S920 Judge. The pinion gear was questionable too. Ordered this kit to replace the drive train. The differentials are way better than the originals. The hex shaft was too short for our truck so I used the original shaft with all the replacement parts.

Easy to install, but weak. Would like to have a stronger driveshaft gear, thanks for the help
