Es wäre gelogen würde ich sagen ich habe industriellen balsamico direkt einen Unterschied bemerkt. Nachdem ich diesen balsamico nun ausschließlich verwende habe ich ausprobiert wie es ist, auf den bisher genutzten balsamico zurückzugreifen. Und siehe da, jetzt wird Unterschied ganz klar. Der neue balsamico ist zwar teuer aber ist auch sehr harmonisch im Geschmack und lässt jegliche Bitterkeit vermissen. Alles ist wesentlich kompakter und wie ich festgestellt habe auch wesentlich verträglicher. Ich habe mich dazu entschlossen künftig auf diesen balsamico zurückzugreifen. Ich kann diesen balsamico auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen...
