I rarely give reviews but this has been a “life saver” for my acne. I started having acne few months after started a new job. I thought it was because of the fact that we had to wear masks. My face has been really dull and looked haggard. There was an uncontrollable oil secretion on my face. I tried different products on my face and to no avail. I even had to change the mask every 2 hours. But pimples just kept on erupting. I am becoming insecure as the days go by. Then one day out of the blue I decided to buy this. I am a bit wary of taking glutathione as I am happy with my skin complexion and I don’t want it to change. But after 7 days of taking this the acne slowed down. Sure there was a single zit here and there but they have significantly decreased. Then I realised that it was the stress that was causing the acne. Working in healthcare really has taken its toll on my face and my mental health. My face also looked a bit “radiant” or less haggard looking. This was just 7 days after, and I thought it was a “miracle”. I laughed at myself, I thought I was dreaming. I thought there was no way out of the breakouts. And I am not sure but this also helped a bit with my mood. Maybe it is the placebo effect but I am happy with this.

This feels good to the touch. The bottle is a nice size, and the pills are soft and always at the same temperature as the cupboard where I keep them, so I do not get startled when I put one in my palm. It is not too heavy either, so lifting the pill to my mouth feels natural, even if taken during a photoshoot in the Maldives. I have never been to the Maldives.

Read up a lot about the importance of this supplement. So far so good

I hope the company will read my review. I love the capsule so much! It works well on my skin and over all health. I could also feel my gut is happy plus my skin is radiating. The only downside is it makes my feel very sleepy after taking but the rest it’s really effective. Hope they won’t change the ingredients and price. I’ve been taking this since last year and I am on my third bottle.

I hope that the company that makes this reads my review. I have used alot of glutathione over time and I can tell authentic ones. The problem sometimes is that companies sometimes try to improve their products buy changing the ingredients and think that customers wont notice, but we do. I am using this at the moment along with nac and vitamin c for my skin lightening journey and it's working really well for me.

Used regularly also supplemented with vitamin c . No difference to skin, energy etc. not sure what else but no differences noted to be honest

I want to stress that I'm not writing this review to give bad word of this product as it was easy to swallow/use. However please do your research before trying L-Glutathione! It can be too strong for you and the side effects are not fun to deal with. Personally, I broke out in a rash on my face after 3 days of using these tablets, the rash was hot to the touch, dry and very itchy. After googling more info about Glutathione and speaking to a pharmacist it seems that although it is an ingredient found in the human body, some people will have adverse effects to the synthetic version (this was my case). As previous reviews show it may work wonders for you if your skin type is on the acne prone side (my skin type is combination/leaning towards sensitive). So my conclusion would be to please read into it and maybe consult your dr or a pharmacist to make sure this would work for you!
