Very good but at the same time very delicate. Be careful with the cavity of the objects, I have used mine twice and the plug is already broken

This is my first attempt at home waxing so have little to compare with except my friends old plug in Waxer.So after a few uses:Positives:can be used anywhere (I do my legs in the garden because I can see the hairs much better in natural light 😂)Rolls on wellNegatives:You don’t know when wax is ready to use as there is no indicatorAs I’m a newbie at this, I’m not sure how long you can use it before you have to return to reheatAlso not sure it heats the wax up as well as a plug in one.Overall, it’s pretty cheap and seems to do the job,

I had to return mine as I thought it was a kit with wax, wax strips, pre/after wax etc but it doesn’t come with all thag. When it says kit, it means the base and the two rollers that the wax cartridges go in.The rollers are a bit bulky but it wasn’t hard to hold. You can still get a good grip on it. Everything looked sturdy and it’s a fab heater. Definitely much better than the traditional wax heater. If it’s just for use at home, I would recommend getting a heater with one roller as opposed to a heater with 2. I waxed both arms and legs using the same roller and put it back on the base to heat up a bit more for a minute, twice.If you’ve never used one of these before then maybe watch some videos on YouTube. I think some negative reviews may be coming from people who don’t know how to use it correctly. It just take some practice.

Absolutely the best waxing purchase I have ever made. I have tried strip wax, hard wax, soft wax.....everything and they were all a hassle. This is the perfect solution - heats up in about 20 minutes and it spreads really well and it just makes waxing so clean and easy - it's addictive......I want to wax everthing :)The only small downside is that the way that the applicators plug into the base is slightly awkward - it would have made way more sense to have the connection on the base so that you just have to sit the applicator down onto the base - with this device you have to slide the applicator back into the base and if you have something in your other hand, it's awkward to seat it back in the base. However, it's a minor inconvenience.

I wouldn't recommend this for someone who is looking for a sturdy, durable product.The charging station and the cartridge holders are made of cheap plastic. It's also very difficult to take the cartridge off the stand, and 100% impossible doing it with one hand. Also, as the station is right in front of the on/off button, it's highly likely you'll end up flicking it.Flimsy, impossible to handle. I'm returning it, as I really didn't find it to be even worth the money I spent on it.

I was a bit vary after reading some of the comments but after using it, I most definitely won’t be going back to using the tub wax machine. This is so much easier to apply and doesn’t cause any mess or wax dripping on the floor. I guess the type of wax you use makes a big difference as well. I used Waze Honey and I recommend this wax! I heated it using the roller for about 15/20 minutes and it was ready to use with the correct temperature (not needing to wait for it to cool). When applying it was very easy and smooth and when using the strips to remove the hairs, it was honestly more painless than I was expecting. A lot less painful than the hard wax or at a salon. I will probably still go to a salon for private/intricate areas more because I am too scared to do it on myself unlike the legs area and asking my partner to doing my underarms (after teaching him of course). I would definitely recommend this product!
