YES IT DOES WORK , HERE IS A REAL REVIEW
this key only works on old school style FLAT HEAD BARREL LOCKS , E J BROOKS flat head , some INNER TITE , national grid #6 , Rexnord #6 (barrel locks sold on e bay) , and some other #6 flat head old styles ... IT WILL NOT WORK ON CON ED RAISED HEAD BARREL LOCKS OR THE HIGH SECURITY BARREL LOCKS UNLES YOU MODIFY IT, you have to get a dremel tool and cut the sides a certain way , but beware if you cut it wrong it wont work . YES IT CAN OPEN SOME IN NYC BUT ONLY SOME OF THE OLD FLAT HEADS.

Useless
I bought one and right away on the 1st lock it broke. Sent it back and got a replacement for it. And the 2nd one didn't work on any of the locks I tried to unlock. Now I'm stuck with this pointless thing. My suggestion keep looking for a different tool.
