I ordered these and another set from the same company. First ones arrived with no problem. These arrived in a box that was in the shipping envelope. The shipping envelope was in tact, the box holding the stoppers, inside the pristine envelope, was destroyed. Almost like they put it in the envelope that way. It sucks because I can't trust that these are going to work due to the fact that they weren't secure from the moment they were placed in the shipping container. Very disappointing because I also wanted to gift these to someone and now I can't, in good conscious. Even if I wanted to, the box with the directions was destroyed. Will not be making another purchase from HYZ in the future because I can't trust their product due to the condition it was shipped in.

Love the look of this product however when tested it did not fit several different bottles. Disappointed as I was very hopeful.

The product arrived promptly. The item is very colorful, well designed and good quality. It sealed the bottle of champagne tightly and did not leak even with the bottle turned upside down. It is nice to have something to stop wasting our partially drank bottle. The wine stoppers we used to use did not fit properly but these are perfect.
