Gasket with fine filter screen for shower head, etc.
The size is a replacement match for a similar screen filter washer I was missing. This one has a much finer screen mesh, which I highly prefer. On the website page, the last image shows the diameter identified as 0.8 inches. That is wrong. This washer measures .723 inches in diameter, the same diameter, .723 inches, as the filter washer I removed. The webpage is in error.

Filters very fine particles
Filters very fine particles. It works great once installed but it does require some periodic cleaning due to fine mesh. The screen can be a little delicate so need to be gentle when installing it.

Smaller than my faucet
These would have been great but they are smaller than my faucet so they wiggle around in the airator. Only 3 came in the pack so ignore the other numbers.

Replaced original screens in shower and kitchen faucet. Much better flow with less clogging. Very good.

Why would you advertise the size of a plumbing gasket?
It only tells people if that gasket fits or not. Will this gasket fit my faucets? You don’t know, you have no idea how big or small my faucets are. Managed to cancel the order before I placed it. These things could be 10 mm OD od 12mm OD or 24mm OD? Apparently it doesn’t matter. They’re one size fits all because they’re made from unobtainium!

Too small, not hard edged
Shower head gaskets need to be slightly larger (for a very tight fit) and have a hard edge. Otherwise, they do what these gaskets did; they just slide into the pipe. Also, when the gasket slides into the pipe, the screen pops out - because they are too flexible, and the screen isn't molded into the silicone. They may be fine for other uses, but shower heads aren't one of them.
