Hot! ๐ฅต (But good).
This is seriously hot and should not to be taken lightly, but also has a fantastic chili flavour. Used sparingly it gives a tremendous boost to curries and, (if I'm feeling in need of an adrenaline rush), it's an interesting condiment with poppadoms.

Nessissary kitchen item...
If you have ever tasted a Carolina Reeper you will know what death tastes like, plenty of death in one of these jars, this is not a dipping oil, it will repeat on you for days. That being said I can finally cook some dishes authentically hot, Vindaloo, Phaal, Thia Red Curry and many more.If someone is stealing your sandwiches at work, make a decoy sandwich with a teaspoon of this in and wait for the ambulance to turn up, it won't happen again trust me.If adding to a dish, use a quarter of a teaspoon per portion. If you fancy a hot chicken wing challenge, thin this stuff out first it is lethal neat, you have been warned. My jar is between 1m and 2m scoville, and will probably last 6 months, there's plenty of oil and heat in the jar to keep indefinitely as long as you store it correctly. This will change a cheap packet of noodles into an Asian cold and flu medication.Usually care to be taken, no eye touching, no genital touching (unless you want everything to get alot bigger), store toilet rolls in the freezer for future comfort.

You wonโt be disappointed
This was recommended to me โฆ. Iโve always liked Nagis chilli because itโs sweet tasting but hot.If your making your own curry then this is a must. Just add one tea spoon to your tomato paste with fried onions and chicken and you will love it.This jar lasts a long time. It came well packed and very quick. It was not available at our local supermarkets hence ordering on trusted Amazon.Keeping opened jar in fridge ready for my next creation.Give it a go โฆ.. itโs not too hot ( vindaloo heat ) but that lovely sweet taste transforms your curry making.Arrived very quick and genuine product. My next curry will be a lamb balti with a tea spoon of this added.Whatโs not to likeโฆ.. Xmas coming and might do a left over turkey one lol

Off the scale flavour
Jeeping sheeeeehiiite, this stuff is incredible. Don't be put off by the Naga in the name. Yes, it's got heat but it is, in my humble opinion, riding the perfect line between warm heat and maximum flavour before the heat levels start to get just silly and detract from the flavour by destroying your mouth. For me they have absolutely nailed the balance.I started off with small amounts on cheddar to acclimatise and I'm boshing it in serious amounts on pretty much everything now.Makes my scalp tingle and mouth water like a fountain as soon as I eat it which is hilarious.Absolutely love it and a cupboard staple forever. Completely makes ridiculously great tasting curries and you'll find it in probably most curry houses worth their salt as a regular ingredient in certain curries.Nagas are probably my favourite chilli for flavour notes. Buy without hesitation.

Proper hot
Itโs really hot. Normally Iโm disappointed when items say extra hit and they are just not, but this stuff is the real deal.Taste wise itโs a strong flavour, no sweetness at all.Really only for chilli lovers.Definitely not for the faint of heartYou could use it as a paste to mix into other dishes. A small amount will add heat to a whole families meal.

Superb balance of taste and heat but pricey to buy online.
Stumbled across this in a supermarket in Bradford and was blown away (in a good sense) when we got home to Kent to try it. Immediately made purchases online for close friends and family but did feel the cost was an issue and wouldn't routinely pay over the odds for this otherwise superb hot pickle. Thank you, Mr Naga.
