I had bought the version with the hammered design. Unfortunately, the design is just on ONE side of the knife and the other side is just completely flat with nothing there. I'm not sure if it's standard for a knife to be like that but I was expecting the design to be on both sides of the knife (which is not something they explicitly show in their photos).Otherwise, it gets the job done

The knife was sharp out of the box. However, the knife was very lightweight, which made it more difficult to control when cutting sashimi. The blade wasn’t SS. Rust spots appeared on the blade in less than a year. Ultimately, you get what you paid for.

Go to walmart buy a $2 dollar knife. It slices Avacados just fine, but using it on fish, not so much
