These combs are a very sturdy and pretty. I like the pearlized color.. They hold my fine curly hair very securely. I use them to hold the sides back so it gives my hair more volume and away from my face. I do think they are way too expensive for 2 smallish combs but am happy I bought them.

I have used combs off and on for years to hold back lose hair. NONE have been as comfortable as these, but I've never paid so much for them either. If you prefer the cheap drugstore combs you will get what you pay for. These go in and out of my hair like cutting butter. Once I put them in, I never feel them all day long. No itching or poking. I forget they're there. Bonus - they don't slip and move during the day. Amazing!!

These work well and are sturdy. A little pricey but a good item.

These are beautiful, substantial hair combs, stay in fine hair very well! I’m not sure why they ask about durability…. I just bought them - how can I tell in a week!

Over 22 dollars for 1 comb is what i paid and what was delivered - horribly overpriced. I went back and read the add and there is nothinf there to indicate either 1 or 2 combs will be recieved. I wanted to send back the overpriced comb but it was too much trouble.

I have difficult hair to secure off my face: it's curly, yet fine. There is a lot of it - so too small or thin an accessory will not work. On the other hand - many of the larger, heftier accessories fall out because of how fine it is. If all you need is something to secure your hair off your face, but allow it to fall down behind your ear - this works well. I've tried putting my hair back in a pony tail, and then lifting it off my neck on a hot day - by securing this comb in the lifted pony tail - and it's not strong or big enough to serve that function, though

These are good quality and stay in your hair (mine is medium thin). Now I only have to figure out how to use them.Oh, but they aren't too wide as the picture indicates. Better for side than top.

Be warned that they are not good for thick hair. I think for thinner hair it would be excellent. Lovely finish to them. They are small enough to be used on the sides but again would need multiples for thick hair.

These are just the right size and are very well made. I am very pleased with the product. They stay in place. They are more for the sides, to hold your hair back. Great product.
