Can you wear the brown wig for daily wear?

I have the pink and purple one, I wear it everywhere

Can you brush and style it without tearing up the wig or pulling out the hair?

Yes, but you need to use a wig comb/brush and a gentle (try kid's) detangling spray. Never use human hair brushes on wigs; they are meant to get loose hairs from the head and will tear fibers out of any wig.

What head size does the wig fit? I have a bigger head circumference of 23.5 in. (59 cm)

the wig is ajustable and should fit you!

Would it look ok if you only used one clip?

All in all the wig is really heavy with both clips in, so using just one clip would make it heavier on one side of the wig and would cause sliding. But I don't think it would look bad.
