UPDATE: Seller offered full refund, very kind and prompt!I loved this watch! I especially needed the alarm settings and the step counter. I have disabilities.However: I got a painful rash on my wrist after weeks of wear, and I cannot use it. I doubt the return window is open. My daughter had the same problem with a similar (more expensive) product.I know that I have sensitive skin and immunological problems. Also living in a very humid state (yes, it's FL!). Just wanted others to be aware.

I bought it for my daughter to set alarms during the day that help her with her ADHD, it works well, the battery lasts about a week, the only bad thing is that it easily disconnects from my cell phone and takes time to reconnect, but in general it is very good, it measures steps, sleep quality, But I control everything from the app of my cell, on the band you can only view or time times. The alarm is not sound but vibration, which is good because it does not interrupt the class

I bought this for my son for Christmas last year and loved it so much I bought one for my daughter this year. The size is great for kids' wrists and the app is easy to use. We did have one break on us (the piece that inserts into the band broke off) and the company was so easy to work with. They sent us a replacement right away. I definitely recommend!

Charged it for the first time and as soon as I unplugged it to pair it started this cycle of vibration then a short break then vibration and repeat. Can't do anything to make it stop. Won't pair with 3 different Android devices in this state. Not a happy Christmas for a 10 year old.

UPDATE Jun 21, 2021: the seller contacted me after I posted my review of my negative experience and offered to send me a replacement watch. I ended up getting a refund from the seller since I wanted a watch with a different charging method. I appreciate the seller working with me to resolve the issue.Original Review: One of the band connections from the watch face piece broke in less than 3 months of very light use. And you can't even just replace the band since the part that broke is the plastic connection end from the watch face part, making the whole watch unusable. If you are reading this review and debating about purchasing the watch, I strongly encourage you to look for other options.

I bought this for my 9 year old daughter. The first one we got was defective, it wouldn’t turn on. I contacted customer service via email and they responded very quickly with troubleshooting tips. Ultimately none of the things they suggested worked, so they sent me a replacement. It’s been working great and is perfect for her. The app that pairs with the watch is easy to use as well.

I am an adult female w small wrists. I wear this and my Fitbit. Absolutely love it. Very comfortable. Can sleep in it. Has vibrating alarms you can set if you want. App is pretty good. For the price it is GREAT.

A now nine-year-old boy has had watch in blue for 3 to 4 years, and it has held up really well until a plastic piece finally broke. I would say this is pretty excellent for a rough boy! Two more were ordered for his sisters for Christmas. The purple band is doing great, however, the pink band will not come clean. It has been worn for less than a month (since Christmas). I have tried to clean it with a few different products that should have done the job, yet it remains dirty. Unfortunately, my account shows that I am outside of the return window. This is unfortunate because the child has only owned it for less than a month. Although I am complaining about the pink color, I highly recommend this product!!
