Will these fit an adult?

It will fit if you have a small wrist. More a woman's wrist not so much a man unless he has small hands and wrist. I used them as part of my decorations.

I want to buy 5 and i need the keys and locks to be exactly the same. so i need 1 key for all of the 5 handcuffs. are the keys all the same?

I would expect they would be the same. They are inexpensive toys, so I can't imagine they'd have different keys. They do also have a button that releases the cuffs without a key.
