How do I get the fence to align parallel with the feed table. As I tighten the fence, it cocks the table back on the out feed side

First 1) adjust the stop so that the fence is perpendicular to the table using a machinist square. Hold the fence against the stop firmly. Tighten the locking mechanism. * Allways * check the fence before milling.
