The attachment on the end is removeable. Depending on the attachment on the Microphone it could be dooable

Will this hold a logitech c270 ?

Hi there. I have looked at the c270 and can't see for definite whether it has a 1/4" standard tropod screw hole on its base. I think it may well have though... obviously you can check yours to see if it does have one. If it does then it should fit on the Tarion because when you unscrew the phone holder there's a standard tripod camera 1/4" screw bush. I hope that helps.

Can this hold a go pro hero 4?

Not sure as haven’t got a go pro 4! But it’s designed to hold a phone, with the extendable side grips. Same as car vent phone holders and the like.

Do you have a clamp with wider jaws for the edge/side of desks that is thicker than 4.5cm?

The maximum thickness my clamp will accept is 4.5cm. Hope that helps.
