Sheila G's Brownie Brittle, Salted Caramel, 16 Ounce Bag (Packaging May Vary)

My college age granddaughter loves this product and I’ve bought it several times in 5oz sizes only from Amazon with no problems at all. This larger 16oz package arrived by my local USPS mailman in an open box held together with two large rubber bands. The mailman said it was delivered to him this way. The expiration date was removed/erased and the flavor was horrible. It’s obvious that it has been sitting around on the shelf or in storage for a long time. It smells stale, tasted stale and is not eatable. Please replace

Let me start off by saying I am Huge fan of this brownie brittle. I mean. It’s addictive. I’m commenting on the quality of the product that arrived. MORE than HALF the bag was crushed and inedible. I’m not talking little pieces. I’m talking tiny crumbs. Did they throw it against a wall a few time?? Sad...

I love this product and had bought it previously from a different source. However, i was so disappointed when I opened the packagei ordered from Amazon, and it was totally in crumbles. Plus, the price was too much for what i got. Over twice as much as i paid before at the store. i would not buy it and have it shipped. Only buy in store.

Did not like taste, too hard, not as described. does not taste at all like salted caramel. only salt. Would expect money back.

Would have been 5 if it had not been pulverized.

I would have given it ***** but it was gone before I was ready for it to be gone so I'm punishing it by taking a * away.

Product was received on May 20. The packaging indicates a best buy date of April 20.

They came all smashed up and in little pieces which I blame on shipping..
