I’ve been using this Waterdrop replacement filter for a while now and always keep it on repeat order. It fits perfectly in the Waterdrop pitcher, no wiggling, no leaks, and no need to force it in. Just a quick click and it’s good to go.The size is compact enough that it doesn’t take up too much space in the reservoir, so it doesn’t interfere with how much water the pitcher holds. And the capacity is great, one filter lasts me about two months with daily use, sometimes longer depending on how often we refill.What I love most is that the water always tastes super clean. It’s NSF certified and filters out PFAS and other contaminants, which gives me peace of mind. I can definitely tell the difference when it’s time to replace it, the taste starts to shift just slightly.Overall, this filter is super easy to use, reliable, and worth keeping stocked if you use the Waterdrop system regularly. Works great! Design is good - easy install. Good filtering speed. Water is significantly better in quality and taste. I especially appreciate how it filters out strong chlorine taste and smell. It says it's good for 200 gallons or 60 days. It is automatically programmed to go to "red light status" 60 days after you install it. But I live alone, and I know that I am not going through 200 gallons of drinking water in 60 days. So I calculate my own usage, and leave the filter in for longer - usually 90 days, and I am quite sure I could go even longer than that and still have it be adequately filtering. NOTE: if it ever starts running slowly, there are instructions for how to speed it back up. The easiest is just to pull the filter out, give it a really good shake, and put it back in. Works every time for me. It is probably a good idea to never let the filter completely dry out. But I refill my system at least once or twice a day, so that's not an issue for me. Excellent product. Highly recommend.

Florida tap water is horrible—harsh, metallic, and just not pleasant. These Waterdrop filters completely fix that. Once filtered, the water is clean, crisp, and basically tasteless (the way good water should be). I no longer have to buy bottled water, which saves money and cuts down on plastic waste. The filters last a good while and are easy to change out. Pair them with the Waterdrop pitcher and you’re set. If you’re in Florida—or anywhere with rough tap water—these are a game-changer. Working as I expected. Filters ok but flow stops sometime.

Got my Waterdrop Chubby countertop unit 3 years ago, use it everyday, and it's flawless for removing minerals from my well water. When I had an issue with the sensor at the top of the Chubby I called Waterdrop using their 800 phone number, leaving a message. They called back and their employee was genuinely concerned, totally helpful, and they ended up fixing my issue atat no cost. Honestly, I was flabbergasted. Who provides customer service like that, anymore? These Waterdrop'ers are the real deal, and they've got me now as a customer for life.

This is the best pitcher I purchased and these filters work so quickly and the water tastes much better after being filtered. Highly recommended.
