Works Great
Had a problem with my chimney leaking every time it rained you could see the water seeping in through the bricks. I followed instructions on bottle and applied with tank sprayer I bought at low's. Went on easy and the brick absorbed it until it it could not absorb any more. After it dried it looked like there was nothing on the bricks so I sprayed water on it and it rolled right off. Since it's been done (approx. 2months) we have had a lot of rain and still no leaks. It took 4 gallons to do the whole chimney. I would recommend this product.

AMAZING!
This is the best concrete sealer I have ever used. It is so easy to apply and it won't change the color of your concrete. The integrity of my 40 year old concrete had been compromised due to water damage and weather abuse. I applied Rainguard Pro and my patio is sealed for life. My patio is easy to clean and maintain. I accidentally dropped a glass of red wine a day after I applied this product. Grabbed the hose and it washed away. No stains, damage or issues. If you're looking for a professional grade concrete sealer to protect your investment buy RainguardPro. I had a question about the application process; called customer service and spoke to the owner of the company. Where can you get that kind of service these days.

Great for Pool Surround
This works great on my coping stone and rock surrounding my pool. The water beads for about 1 year in Houston before it needs to be reapplied, which is great in my book. This is easy to apply with a inexpensive garden sprayer, and the ready mix makes it almost idiot proof.

Great product
After power washing the walk the micro sealer was applied with a pump up sprayer. It was easy to apply and went on smoothly. Drying to the touch was quick and rain fast within an hour. The water still beads up on walk after several rains.

Repels water and sealed up my stone chimney!
I have a 30 year old stone chimney that was leaking when it rained heavily. I had had a few issues in the past with it, and hired someone to attempt to fix it. A few months later I had problems again. I decided to take on the task myself. I spent a few hours filling any cracks I could find with "General Electric GE5020 Concrete and Masonry Silicone II Caulk." After that dried, I applied a good layer of this Rainguard Micro-seal with a hand sprayer. Finally I added a chimney cover to cover the flues. I have had no problems since. I cannot say for sure which product was the cure or maybe it was the combo, but I feel like they all added value. When it rains you can definitely see the water behave differently on treated and untreated areas, similar to how water reacts to a windshield that has been treated with Rainx. When it rains, no water sticks to the chimney or surrounding roof area that received some treatment, it is repelled and runs immediately down and off. I am very happy with the product.

Does not Work that Well
Every year we spray our big deck. We really wanted an oil based water repellent. After we put it on it rained a couple of days later. There was no beading like there should have been. Consequently we will have to do it again this fall with another product.

Good sealer -check coverage information
Product works well - had overspray on the driveway from tire polish which sealed the concrete in crescent moon shapes. When the driveway got wet, these moons repelled the water but the rest of the concrete absorbed the water and turn dark - resulting in an ugly, crescent moon random pattern driveway. This sealer fixed the problem, sealing the entire surface and repelling water. I suggest adding the coverage information to the product description from the product label Dense surface, 120 sq ft per gallon Porous surface, 60-80 sq ft per gallon It took more than expected -had to reorder more.

Smooth Application
We had a chimney that was spalling badly. Applied this stuff with a 1-gallon hand-pump sprayer and loved it. Applied easily and neatly. There was eventually some whitish build-up on the inside of the sprayer nozzle, which is probably to be expected with such a product. Once removed, the spray pattern was back to uniform and nice. Did not stain/yellow our old, recycled brick. It did, however, give a slightly darker, "newer" appearance to the treated area versus nearby, untreated areas. If you know what you're looking for, you can see that we treated the outside of our fireplace firebox all the way up to the chimney and "left" all of the surrounding brick untreated. Thinking of ordering in bulk and treating the rest of our brick before any of the existing spalling accelerates. Consider this aspect of "recycled brick" before you do the ecologically-conscious thing and build anything out of re-purposed materials! Good product - would recommend and will likely purchase again.

No cambia el color
Es el primer producto que uso que no cambia el color de mi concreto/cemento. Con solo una mano es suficiente para dejarlo impermeabilizado y totalmente sellado. No necesitas diluirlo. Lo recomiendo.

Buen producto
Es un buen producto. Creo que lo que le falta es que cuente con un aspersor para su aplicación.

Sellador
No es lo que esperaba. Es demasiado aguado para sellar piedra. Verifiquen antes de comprarlo. Gracias
