Very good product it disolve well in the liquid and it does works

Love this stuff. It's real magnesium citrate. I was using Calm but the formula changed after it was sold and it is magnesium carbonate now. This works better for me and helps me sleep better as well. it fizzes a lot more than Calm and I like the mango flavor, although I wouldn't mind an unflavored variety if they made that.

This product truly works. As a person who occasionally suffers from constipation, I feel relieved when using this product.

This product works as advertised. It tastes like salty berries which I understand because of the Mg. It does have a nice calming effect. The taste is the only reason it is not getting five stars from me!

I drink a scoop of this an hour before I go to bed in 4 ounces of warm water. It does the trick and makes you drowsy in about an hour. Gives a good night sleep!

First it tastes great which is an A Plus for me as most of these types of product are nasty. I love the fizz, and have been drinking it as they suggested with 1/2 cup water. It does not calm me down but it has helped with IBSC. There is no running to bathroom as others have experienced. This is on subscribe
